I have yet to have a bad experience with them, I have not actually eaten in the restaurant, however, the delivery service is on point. The food is always hot and fresh! Every time I have called in my order the lady who answers the phone is friendly and will provide suggestions. My go to Chinese Food place!

Food was good. The chow mein and the egg rolls were mediocre but everything else was good. The staff were friendly and it was big enough that we got in on Christmas night. I'd come again but wouldn't be my 'go to.'

It's always scary when you walk into a Chinese restaurant on a Sunday evening and there's only one other occupied table. There is a distinct musty smell as you walk in. The egg drop soup and egg rolls were bland, but the main dishes were good. Staff is friendly and eager to please. Eventually more people came into the restaurant but it never quite filled up.

The place reeks of mold or water damage and is disgusting, which is why I will never go back. I thought about it the entire time I ate my food. I'm sort of surprised they passed health inspection, it is such a strong odor. Further, the food however is greasy and average at best. It's not terrible, but there are much better Chinese places in town.

Was feeling under the weather and was in dire need of food.. eh, Chinese food is not the best choice, I get that.... sooo the lovely lady taking the order on the phone suggested the Chicken and mixed vegetables as an alternative to the my first greasy choice (shame on me) and I'm glad that I did! The chicken was plentiful, tender and delicious! The vegetables were the right conistency, slightly crunchy in the brown sauce. Not too salty, not too greasy! Think I may have found a new favorite :) Also ordered the chicken noodle soup at $2 for a pint and it was pretty good. Check them out!

This was the worst Chinese restaurant. The bartender "forgot"to put rum in the drinks. The food was barely eatable, and we were over charged.the cookies were stale and the wet naps were dry. When we told the waitress about the naps she said oh, they old.She never brought us new ones.We had to fight to have the bill fixed and in the end we just paid the whole bill,we were told we didn't order right. Stay away from this place unless you like to be ripped off!

Top of the world! Okay, top of the mountain, that's what Fon Shan means in Chinese... GREAT food, nothing crazy on the menu, it's everything you've seen a hundred times before but they just do it a little better here. Make no mistake, it's still a Chinese restaurant in a strip mall but it's a good one. The interior is a little tacky, scarlet and black dominate the dining room and the tap water tastes like it came from the bathroom faucet but the food.., The food is Good! They have no problems with special orders or substitutions, the owner works the register and remembers every face she's ever seen. Give it a shot, you won't be sorry...

Have been eating here once a week for the past 10 years. Food is consistently good. Don't let the place scare you, it's in an abandoned Publix strip mall. Have tried almost all of their dishes and have no complaints about anything. Have brought friends and they loved it also.

I've been going there for years and I'm always happy after. Some of the best Chinese food in south Florida and the staff have always been super friendly. I take my family of seven there don't need to take out a loan to afford it. Highly recommended

Favorite for years .. got take out at least twice a month... now last two times I got food from there it was sub-par. After first time I called them to ask if they changed owners or chef since I never had a bad meal from there.. they said same owner and chef. Offered discount on next order. So I waited a few weeks and had same result. Rice tasted old, Won-ton soup had no flavor and egg roll was mushy. Hope it is just phase and regular chef was out on vacation.

Not the best delivery Chinese but not the worst. However, I do appreciate that their chicken is actually Chicken and doesn't taste all chewy and gummy. Their chicken lo mein was not greasy; which is a plus. Pretty decent.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
